International Meeting:

• Representatives from 175 countries participated in the World Scout Conference in Cairo
• Discussions centered around humanitarian response and the future of global scouting

International Leadership Training:

• Training sessions conducted in Burundi and Bangladesh, empowering 90+ young leaders
• Additional sessions held in the Arab region and Central America, benefiting 100+ young leaders

Protection from Harm Program:

• A global campaign launched with daily themes and activities for national scouting organizations
• Over 300 participants trained in Harm protection across sign language
• Policy development workshop in Togo led to the creation of harm protection policies for 7 NSOs

Driving Positive Change: Impact and Beneficiaries

With its unwavering commitment to creating a better world, this initiative has impacted over 18 million individuals. In 2023 alone, it benefited more than 2 million people, demonstrating substantial progress in capacity-building, youth empowerment, and humanitarian support.

Each initiative—whether training Scout Leaders in India, integrating humanitarian response training across 14 NSOs, or equipping future leaders through targeted programs—has amplified the positive impact on both local and global levels.

Looking Ahead: A Bright Future

Alwaleed Philanthropies “Global” and the World Scout Foundation remain dedicated to driving long-term change. With this initiative running through 2028, the mission continues to shape future generations by promoting inclusivity, sustainability, and leadership through scouting.
